Silva is not a “quick fix” — satisfaction comes from completing the training (and for virtual programs, note daily practice of about 5–15 minutes).

You must attend and complete the entire program in the same registration period (e.g., the full four-day program with Richard Siena, Silva Method KY, or Alcyone LLC for the immersion; or the full multi-session virtual program if that is what you registered for). If you are not satisfied upon completion, return the materials you received, and we will refund your tuition. For the 4-day program, if you are not satisfied at the end, do not accept your certificate and request a refund. If you never attended the Seminar, the guarantee about quality of services does not apply in that sense (i.e., you need to experience the training).

A Silva Graduate may repeat the class at any “Silva Mind Method” location in the world, without paying the full price.

Accepting the manual and certificate indicates satisfaction and waives your right to a money-back guarantee.

If you need to cancel a class, you may request a refund 15 days before class starts.

If you need to cancel or move a reservation, you can apply the amount paid to a future class.

No refund for no-shows.

Refunds do not include business transaction fees.
