Alcyone The brightest star
in the Pleiades.

Alcyone LLC is the studio of Richard Siena and Ariella Lester. Three practices share the name: photographs that help a house sell, a guide to lucid dreaming, and Silva Method classes taught from decades of use.

Rich and Ariella.

Alcyone is their work. Both have long suspected there is more to a life, and more a person can do. Learning these techniques is like discovering the car you already own has another gear. Once you use it, you take off.

Richard Siena

He taught himself to meditate young, took Transcendental Meditation in 1976, and found the Silva Method in 1980. He became an instructor in 1982, then carried the techniques into a life as a software developer, systems architect, and business owner. He teaches from more than fifty years of practice.
